  1. This file must be in the Startup Messages folder in
  2. either the same folder as FTPd or the FTPd Preferences ─
  3. folder in the Preferences folder, and will be displayed to 
  4. and user named ╥peter╙ when he logs in.  Rename this file
  5. to be ╥<username> Startup╙ and it will be displayed to user
  6. ╥<username>╙ when they log in.  Make a copy for each user
  7. that you want to have a distinct startup message for.  User╒s
  8. without an explicit startup file will get the default one 
  9. ╥Default Startup╙.
